Kelly Calabria, owner of Lake Oswego-based Kelly’s Jelly, has announced she will host a Holiday Kick Off Event Nov. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Kelly’s Jelly warehouse located at 5813 Jean Road, Lake Oswego. All are welcome to attend the holiday market. Admission and parking are free.
