3 T Chia Seeds
1⁄4 cup Rolled Oats
1-2 cups Protein Powder
1 T Ground Up Chunky Almond, Cashew
& Coconut Spread
1-3 T chopped walnuts
1 T Kelly’s Jelly Marionberry Fruit Spread
Sprinkle of Coconut Flakes


Now you can add your favorites, for example:
• Fresh Fruit
• Bananas
• Mangoes
• Strawberries
• Chocolate chips
In a pan, mix protein powder with water. Then add
rolled oats, and cook.
Begin to add the rest of the ingredients, starting
with Ground Up Nut Butter, we love the Chunky
almond, Cashew and Coconut with this dish and
then add your Kelly’s Marionberry Fruit Spread!
