Makes 4 burgers

This recipe from Jacqueline Duffin combines the classic comfort of a cheeseburger with the nostalgic sweetness of peanut butter and jelly.

Imagine a juicy, perfectly grilled beef patty topped with melted cheese, all slathered in rich, creamy peanut butter and a bit of Kelly's Marionberry Habanero Pepper Jelly. Each bite delivers a delightful contrast of savory, sweet, and a hint of nuttiness that will leave you craving more!

Kelly's Jelly is "the perfect complement!"

  • 4 T Kelly's Marionberry Habanero Pepper Jelly
  • 4 T creamy peanut butter

    • Season each patty with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Cook burgers on a grill over medium heat for 2-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
    • Place cheese on top of burgers to melt, then remove from grill.
    • Spread 1 T of Kelly's Marionberry Habanero Pepper Jelly on one side of the bun and 1 T peanut butter on the other side of the bun; repeat with remaining buns.
    • Add burgers to buns with one slice of bacon, broken in half and enjoy!
