The Monte Cristo was invented and first served in Paris in the early 1900s, gaining popularity in the United States in the 1930s. It was sometimes referred to as, "the French Sandwich." Nicole Jaques' version of his sweet and savory sandwich comes together with the ease and convenience of an air-fryer preparation. Featuring Kelly's Strawberry Habanero Pepper Jelly and finished off with our Kelly's Habanero Honey, this take on a Monte Cristo has that little, "je ne sais quoi."

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the milk, water, egg, vanilla and pancake mix. It should have a thick consistency.
