4 oz feta cheese 

4 oz plain goat cheese 

2-3 tablespoons Kelly’s Habanero Pepper Jelly

5-6 radishes, thinly sliced 

½ cup cooked canned collard greens 

1 cup of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces 

4-5 sweet mini peppers, sliced into rounds 

½ cup smashed chickpeas 

1 shallot, finely sliced 

Olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 


How to assemble your platter 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees 
  1. Place your feta and goat cheeses into your baking dish 
  1. Surround the cheeses with the veggies and Kelly’s Habanero Pepper Jelly
  1. Top with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste 
  1. Bake for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned 
  1. Spoon, bread, crackers, vegetables or eat straight out of the platter!
