KELLY’S BAKED SWEET & SPICY CHEESE PLATTER

4 oz feta cheese
4 oz plain goat cheese
2-3 tablespoons Kelly’s Habanero Pepper Jelly
5-6 radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup cooked canned collard greens
1 cup of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
4-5 sweet mini peppers, sliced into rounds
½ cup smashed chickpeas
1 shallot, finely sliced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to assemble your platter
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Place your feta and goat cheeses into your baking dish
- Surround the cheeses with the veggies and Kelly’s Habanero Pepper Jelly
- Top with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned
- Spoon, bread, crackers, vegetables or eat straight out of the platter!
