KELLY’S JELLY VINAIGRETTE WITH CRANBERRY VANILLA PRESERVES
Ingredients:
1 shallot diced
3T Apple Cider Vinegar
2T Kelly’s Cranberry Vanilla Preserves
½ tsp Dijon
½ C Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Dice shallots and let them sit in apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and whisk together. Slowly add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
