NO BAKE ENERGY BALLS

"No Bake Energy Balls" are the perfect grab-and-go snack, whether heading out for a hike or sitting in the carpool lane. Recipe creator Mark Edwards combined oats, nut butter, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, flaxseed and vanilla, then kicked it up a notch with Kelly's Habanero Pepper Jelly for the perfect energy boost.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 C old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 C nut butter
  • 1/4 C Kelly's Habanero Pepper Jelly
  • 1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 C chocolate chips
  • 2 T ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Roll dough into balls and refrigerate.
