Treat yourself or wake your family up with these delicious, easy homemade pastries. We love this recipe by @boardsbymelfran featuring Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves, but we’re sure they’d be a hit with Strawberry, Marionberry or any of our other jellies as well.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut your puff pastry dough into an even amount of rectangles.
  • Place 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite Kelly’s Jelly inside (we used Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves).
  • Cover the top with egg yolk wash and bake at 350˚ for 20-25 minutes.
  • For the icing, add powdered sugar, water and Kelly’s Jelly into a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Let your pastries cool, then lightly spread your glaze on top.
