BLUEBERRY LEMON POP TARTS

Treat yourself or wake your family up with these delicious, easy homemade pastries. We love this recipe by @boardsbymelfran featuring Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves, but we’re sure they’d be a hit with Strawberry, Marionberry or any of our other jellies as well.
INGREDIENTS
Filling
- Puff Pastry
- 1 jar Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 T water, milk or cream (for egg wash)
Icing
- Powdered sugar
- Water
- Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut your puff pastry dough into an even amount of rectangles.
- Place 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite Kelly’s Jelly inside (we used Kelly's Blueberry Lemon Preserves).
- Cover the top with egg yolk wash and bake at 350˚ for 20-25 minutes.
- For the icing, add powdered sugar, water and Kelly’s Jelly into a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Let your pastries cool, then lightly spread your glaze on top.
